Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Manda´s Glow- Health & Beauty or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

International Shipping

When you choose to have your order shipped from Manda´s Glow- Health & Beauty to an International location, understand that you are now acting as an 'importer' and Manda´s Glow- Health & Beauty is the 'exporter'. As an importer, the recipient is responsible for the customs clearance of the package, whether it is shipped via International Post, International Priority Mail or DHL International.
If there are any concerns regarding the importation of your package, the courier or customs will contact the recipient directly. The recipient is required to communicate with said party and provide any additional information or documentation they request. Manda´s Glow- Health & Beauty can help prepare any documents that may be needed. Failure to communicate & comply with the courier can result in the package being returned, destroyed or abandoned. Manda´s Glow- Health & Beauty is not responsible and the recipient is subjected to any additional fees &/or cost of package.  

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products only if they are in new/unopened condition or defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns that are not defective will not receive credit for shipping costs inbound or outbound. Professional and spa products are not eligible for a return.

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
